Fusort custom-machines fasteners and precision parts in commercially pure titanium (Grade 2/TA1-TA2) and Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5/TC4), including bolts, screws, pins, and complex machined geometries, holding tolerances to ±0.01mm. For aerospace customers, our process controls align with AS9100 quality requirements; for medical device customers, our facility is ISO 13485 certified with biocompatible surface finishing and full batch traceability available. Titanium is notoriously difficult to machine and tool-intensive — Fusort runs dedicated CNC turn-mill and Swiss-type lathes to hold dimensional stability and surface finish on thin-wall and complex titanium parts.
