Fusort Machinery supplies custom inserts, standoffs, and spacers for electronics, automotive component, and medical device manufacturers, widely used in thread reinforcement and precision assembly applications.

Technical Advantages:
Using precision turning and cold heading processes, we produce thread sizes ranging from M2 to M20, holding tolerances of ±0.01mm. We support heat-set inserts, ultrasonic inserts, press-fit inserts, and self-tapping inserts to accommodate different substrate materials (plastic or metal).
