Fusort's CNC Turning Service specializes in producing high-precision rotational components, supporting orders ranging from low-volume prototyping to large-scale mass production.

Technical Advantages:
Equipped with multi-axis CNC lathes and Swiss-type lathes, we can complete turning, milling, drilling, and tapping in a single setup — ideal for slender shafts, micro components, and complex stepped-shaft parts. We machine features as small as Ø0.5mm in diameter while holding tolerances of ±0.01mm.

Quality Assurance:

Surface Treatment & Post-Processing:
We offer anodizing, zinc plating, nickel plating, black oxide coating, and electropolishing, with recommendations tailored to the customer's operating environment (corrosion resistance, conductivity, etc.).

Supply Chain Support:
JIT and VMI programs are available to support flexible, small-batch, multi-lot delivery schedules, helping reduce customer inventory turnover cycles.
